ClarkDietrich's 3/8" Rib Lath is a high-strength, galvanized steel lath designed to provide superior rigidity and support in plaster and stucco applications. Featuring a herringbone mesh pattern and seven longitudinal ribs, each 3/8" deep, spaced at intervals of 3-7/8", this lath ensures exceptional structural integrity. It's ideal for use in ceilings, soffits, and walls where framing spans exceed 16" but do not exceed 24" on center. The heavy-duty ribs enable its use on ceiling or wall spans at 24" compliant with ASTM C1063 standards. Additionally, this reinforced lath product is used on 2” stud-less partitions and as reinforcement for concrete floor and roof slabs. Manufactured from G60 galvanized steel, it offers enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The lath is packaged in bundles of 10 sheets, with 25 bundles per pallet, facilitating efficient handling and installation. Each sheet measures 27" x 97" and weighs 3.4 lbs per square yard, providing a balance between strength and manageability. This product is compliant with ASTM A653 standards for galvanized steel and ASTM C1063 for installation of lathing and furring to receive interior and exterior Portland cement-based plaster.
